So…this was going to be a post on APS pieces to rock in the sunshine. But looking out of the window, it seems that one week of sunshine in June might have been peak summer this year!?
I’m crossing my fingers for a few more weeks of sunshine between now and September. Usually, summer is a whirlwind of activities, but this year, I’m hitting the brakes and savouring my favourite season. I’m spending more time lounging at home, getting my hands dirty in the garden, and only saying yes to social activities that light up my soul.
August is also my birthday month, and I’m celebrating by diving into some deep reflection and soaking up as much nature as I can. The best part? Vik’s birthday gift to me is a trip to see the puffins at Bempton Cliffs. We’re becoming total bird nerds, and I couldn’t be more excited!
